ALL ISRAEL SAVED WHEN THE COVENANT COMES: ISAIAH 59 FULFILLED ACCORDING TO HEBREWS
And the redeemer shall come to Zion and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the Lord,
As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the Lord;
My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seeds seed, saith the Lord, from henceforth forever.
Paul quotes this verse in Romans 11 as describing the ones in the olive tree as being part of Israel. All who are in Israel are those who have repented. As verse 20 shows above. They are those who have turned from transgressions in Jacob. In other words, they are now a jew in Spirit and not by flesh. Jacob had to repent and become part of the covenant promised to his grandfather Abraham, the same as they had to in Christs day when this was written, and as we have to today.
Clearly this is not some special 1000 year time period later to a race of jews because it is about repenting for one and it is past to others on and on just like the church age or new covenant is doing and has done now for 2000 years. Hebrews quotes this covenant as beginning in the church as Christ also states at the last supper.
Hebrews 8:10 quotes verse 21 above as being fulfilled in Christ now in which we are a part of. Isaiah 59 is fulfilled thaanks to Jesus. Remember his words. They're within us to pass along to others, generation to generation.
